Initial Interaction

Guest nurturing campaigns can work with any event marketing campaign from SermonView, and allow you to start advertising your event several weeks sooner than previously recommended.

Communication Trigger

Your email nurturing campaign is triggered for each person as soon as they sign up for your event. Nurturing Campaigns can begin at any time and can be modified to run through the length of your event.

Consistent Engagement

Each email is personalized so they feel like regular correspondence. Plus, they come from your selected email reply to address, so all responses come directly to you for further nurturing communication.
  • Campaigns run for at least 6 weeks, with emails going out 1-2 times per week.

  • Recommended 6 weeks before or 3 weeks before and 3 weeks into your series.

  • You get to review all email templates before any messages are sent to your leads.

  • Works your non-attending pre-registrants as well as your attending guests.

  • Any campaign can be extended to encourage follow-up class engagement. (Requires a 2-week notice. $150 per each additional week.)
