Traffic Coordinator/Mailhouse Technician

SermonView is seeking a Traffic Coordinator to ensure print products are ordered/shipped on time and run our small warehouse where we process direct mail operations. This person will work with our internal sales & design departments as well as third-party print vendors to produce all print resources sold by the company. Most of the mailed marketing materials we produce for our customers will also be processed through our in-house addressing machine before it gets delivered to the local USPS office or to FedEx Freight for transit across the nation.

Responsibilities include:

The Mailhouse Technician also handles assembly and daily fulfillment of physical products inventoried at our onsite warehouse. Upon shipment, this position sends shipment & tracking information to the customer, and monitors shipment reports for delivery exceptions on all products.
